How do i treat this(fungus?) on my cory?

I have what appears to be a cory with some fuzzy stuff on its nostrils and left fin! how can i treat this? keep in mind it is in a planted tank with otos and cory's in it so how can i treat it? i will post pics if needed! and affected areas are reddend!

Use a sulfur based med like TMP sulfa or Tri-sulfa

You might need to bear in mind that the initial cause may be damage from digging in what looks like a very coarse substrate. I believe corys do better on a fine sand substrate.

dab a drop of methylene blue directly onto the fin and return it back into the tank and let it heal on its own.
