cichlids i want to add-
vieja argentea
bay snook
wild oscar

sound like a good colorful mix to you. i think ive avoided any major killers with this combo. tank size is forever increasing so no worries there. thanks.
 
don't see any problem with the mix just make sure the cichlids are big enough

Go for it. The only real question mark would be the argentea, some can be pretty nasty while some can be docile.

I'm in the market for some snook myself, but I'll only take the normal morph. :D Trying to order some from a guy in Florida, but he's on a collection trip in CA right now. Let me know if you'd want the normal over the red (found in any Petsmart). They're $10.00 for 1-2", $15.00 for 4" and $30.00 for 6" (cheaper than Petsmart).

He also has argentea for $5.00 for 1-2", $12.50 for 4" and $35.00 for 6".
