I get these perfectly cut styrofoam peices when people ship fish to me. I went out and bought a nice big peice of styrofoam so i could cut peices myself to put into a box to ship out fish. The problem was that i tried cutting it with a knife and it was soo sloppy. The edges of the styro was all shreded up and styrofoam peices got everywhere. They got the job done but Im just wondering how everyone makes these perfectly cut styrofoam boxes? Any tips would be great!

Something like a razor blade would probably cut it nicer since it would be sharper, thinner, and have a more acute angle than a lot of knives.

a heated wire or exacto knife
