How do YOU do it? (Adding Fish)

Ok so I believe my 55gal is at the end of its cycling process... ammonia 0, nitrate 10-15, nitrite (LIGHT BLUE, like a tiny bit away from 0)

Now... my question is... can I add my flowerhorn and jewel chichlids into the tank together (3 fish)?

OR

Do i have to add one by one...each week?

^^ This second option would be a problem for me, since I have a few guppies in my 55gal and I do not want them being eaten...so i wanted to move my FH and Jewel Cichlids from my 23 gal, and put these little guys there....

So I really need to move the 3 fish (FH, x2 jewel chichids) in ONE go, for my guppies to live...

Is it ok if i introduce these guys together in my cycled tank?
 
^^Thank you, i was going to do water tests (mainly ammonia and nitrate) adding em. :D
 
Added the fish around 4 hours ago, i had a nap...woke up... fish seem to be ok, they didnt like the overhead water pump..so turned that of...might be to much current.

They seem fine... i threw in like 3 pellets, FH and the jewel cichlids went for em straight up...

they seem fine so far.... but FH is showing less color... i think its cause of the new tank hes in.... still getting used to it.
