How do you feed shrimp to your fish?

looking for information on feeding shrimp fresh/frozen, tail on/off, shell on or off??? i dont think there is really a correct answer just wondering what others are doing. looking for as much input i can get on this. i currently use frozen just becasue its easier to keep around. i leave shell and tails on... my cats definetely love them that way. my oscars seem to some how spit shells back though my rbps tend not to like the shells as well. jags, red devil and texas wont touch shrimp at all. wolfie loves it just as much as cats though....
 
I use frozen uncooked, i thaw them in a cup of water pull off the shells and tails.
then hand feed them to who ever is willing to swim up and take it from me. the texas, Jds, convitcs, pictus cats and salvinis love it. the salvinis seam to really love any flesh i put it the tank
 
Thaw the frozen shrimp, rub pellet crumbs on them then feed them to my dats. I believe frozen or thaw shrimp will sink. Leave the shell on if your fish is big, but try to take the tail off.
 
uncooked shell and legs on. good roughage and calcium i think...
 
uncooked thawed. take shells and tails off for everyone but my rtc. its kind of a way to make sure they get past the hoard of glutons bc my rtc is one lazy mother and takes his dear sweet time eating his shrimp. unless i starve him for a few days then its like crack
 
i marinade them in soy sauce. wait 1 hour then deep fry. salt and pepper and hot sauce after they are done. fish seem to love them
 
LoL is this for you or the dang fish???? i suspect the fish are still hungry and waiting on this meal and you are sitting back full like a rat running loose in the cheese factory.....
 
uncooked, pref fresh, but frozen will work. Most my fish are sallys and I have to chop it up for them, so no shells. frozen krill though they get shells and all.
 
I THAW THE SHRIMP AND PULL THE TAILS OFF, MY OSCARS SEEM TO SPIT IT OUT ANYWAY, THE JDS ARE'NT BIG ENOUGH TO TO EAT WHOLE SO I DICE THEM UP. MY PLECO EATS ALL THE LEFTOVERS. THE FUNNY THING IS I JUST STARTED DOING THIS THE OTHER DAY BECAUSE I HAD FROZEN SHRIMP AT HOME.
