i picked up a 180 gallon fish tank for a good price. I want tp plug the two holes that were drilled into the tank for a wet/dry filter. I don't want to use a wet/dry on this tank. So how do I plug or cap off the holes?

I cut and siliconed a piece of plexiglass to the inside of one of my tanks that was drilled.

I did the same thing, but with glass.

If you use silicon on the inside, you can always take it back off if you change your mind.

A threaded plug is the best way to do it IMO but I've used pre existing drilled holes before with a canister filter. It worked out amazingly well.

you can do that too, ive dont it with a overflow. it was sweet. just make sure you shut off the filter during water changes.
