If it's from the web, copy/paste.

If you want to attach to MFK, you need to click Go Adcanced.

Nope. I don't think you can attach a file directly from your mail account.

go advanced then hit the paperclip icon that says attachments, chose file, then upload, then hit attachments again and attach
