How do you sell a monster aquarium?

I found out last night that my dad has cancer very bad. I think it’s time for me to move back home, but I’m not sure what to do about my aquarium hobby. I currently have a very large plywood tank that I custom built. It is 1100 gallons, 13 feet long, 14 foot wide, and 3 foot tall, standing on a custom platform with room underneath for a sump. I live in the Kansas City metro area, what are some of my best options for selling a tank the size?

Here no doubt, the people interested in large fish tanks the most are most likely right here. You could post on a reptile forum as well, people with large monitors and whatnot could use a large tank.

I'd love to see a pic of it. Those dimensions don't sound right though, that's just over 4000 gallons if that's the actual tank dimensions.

Another option other then selling is getting a storage unit. Thats what i just did with my move to a new house. I pay 40$ a month for the storage, and fit all the tanks i shut down in it. Better to do that then have to buy or build another one, when the aquarium bug hits you again.
