how do you sex argentae

have a 7-8 inch argentae and never bothered to try to sex it. now ive had him awile id like to sex it and breed it. can anyone give some info on sexing argentae? thanks

good luck. argenteas are extremely difficult to sex. best way is to get them to breed then youll know male and female other than that its a crapshoot

Look at body shape, fin shape, and the small dark spots on the body. Males will have a lot, while the female won't have many.
