Someone please help. I'm from California. I came back to my original country, Taiwan, to check it out. Haven't been here since I left at 4 years old. There are so many exotics that I want to ship back home to America. So I have some questions. How the heck do I ship fish? And also, will the open up my package? California does have certain fish that are not allowed(I can't go into details) which I would love to ship back. And the not allowed fish is what I want to take back with me. I was thinking about putting a couple bags of smaller fry in my undies when I get on the plane. But I don't know the risk involved. Please someone give me some input.

By entering US you can't bring any water with you except baby milk, so your chance of getting a bag of water pass security is very slim.
