How do you think the offspring will turn out.

I currently have some fry from these parents below. Not sure what type of Vieja she is and I'm sure the male is some sort of short body texas mix up? I'm wondering why the offspring will grow up to look like, the 3rd photo is a blurry cell phone shot but you can see a black line starting to show.

Your male looks like a shortbody syn. Where did you get it, it looks awesome! Hope he is fertile for you. If it is dont mess around with the other vieja, take it to a kkp or nice bp!

He is fertile ... the second picture is the fry from there first batch.

Those are going to be some funky fry, especially if some turn out shortbody hahaha, post the male in the hybrid section and see what would be a good mix with it.

None of the fry appear to be short body as of yet they are about just under half an inch right now. I'll post more photos later.

Mom looks like a fenestratus dad is a short body texas. u fry seem to be normal body and look like they will look more like mom. but its to early to say for sure.
