So, I've been out of commission for about a week now which was fine, because I didn't really get behind on anything.
However, I'm now looking at having to have a major surgery, and could be down for as long as 12 weeks.
I have 7 tanks that need to be taken care of. I have my daughter and sister who can do water changes for me and feed them. I also plan on getting those medicine containers with the Monday through Sunday on them to pre measuring their food and prevent any accidental over feeding.
Any other advice would be very much appreciated.

Water changes and feeding are the two main aspects that need addressing during times like this. If you are present but unable to do anything then at least you can oversee what's going on. If you are away for these 12 weeks then all your trust is in your daughter and sister, who sound like they are more than capable of looking after things until you get better.

As well as water changes and feeding i'd just make sure they were "observing" too. Looking out for dead fish for example, which if gone unchecked can cause major issues.

Good luck, and I wish you a speedy recovery.

Hire an aquarium maintenance company for the 12 weeks to do the water changes and filter maintenance. Your family will have someone to contact if there are emergencies or have questions about feeding.
