Alright well, ill be moving out of my parents house soon and into a 3-bedroom apartment with friends. My mother said she would give away my tanks if I left them so I want to bring them with me(55 & 40).

My roomies all agreed I could set up the 55 in the living room as long as they could fill it with what they want. And they want freaking guppies. So I'm going to set it up for them and all because I really don't have another choice.

In my room I plan on keeping the a red wolf in the 40B, which ill be getting from rapps. I can also feed the guppies that breed every so often when the 55 gets too packed which will be nice.

How's it all sound? I haven't asked the apartments about their aquarium rule but we are on the bottom floor and if they don't allow it ill try offering them a down payment or something of that nature. Hoping for the best.

You may have to get renters insurance but it doesn't sound bad. From what I read you can keep Honduran red points with guppies and swordtails so you don't have to completely stray from cichlids. I'm sure there are other options to.

Yeah I was thinking that, but I work 30 hours a week and also go to school so I was just going to keep guppies and probably some Cory's or something in there and not really have to worry about weekly w/c or any kind of aggression. It'll be my first time in along time ill just focusing on one fish when I have the time(my wolf).

Sounds reasonable I work many hours and go to school to sometimes the only enjoyment I get is cleaning tanks which can be tiring.
