Sweet looking red devil! I'm not too knowledgeable with cichlids. Is it a midas aka centrinellus?
I know the flowerhorn enthusiasts would dig a fish like that because of the huge nauchal hump.

It looks like a Midas to me and I am about 99% sure its a male
This is my old Male he was 14 when he died

I'd say it's a Midas as well. RDs don't generally get as large a hump and have larger lips. Still it's a sweet looking fish and I'll venture that it's a male.

it's uber agressive it killed everything from my oscar to my to almost killing my flowerhorn and it wiped out all my 2 month old devilhorns
