How does this deal sound on a used 125?

The used 125 all glass aquarium(approx 15 years old) that I found comes with all this. A home made metal stand that's painted blue, and home made pine hood with glass top but no lights. A penguin 300 an emperor 400 and a magnum 350(not sure if this one works). Plus gravel and UG filter plates. He wants $250 for the whole package. I haven't had a chance to look at it yet. I was just wondering what people thought of this deal.

It is a decent deal. The only thing that would really cost you on that tank is the lights, heating, and you may have to reseal it since it is so old.

i think it is a good deal the metal stand is hard to find for a 125 but i would not count on those filters lasting long. lol

ya good deal. i got one for 300.00 including everything . i was very surprised cause the tank is so old it doesnt have the brace in the middle instead the glass is extra thick but hardly no scratches on that old tank.

Assuming the tank does not leak or show any ugly scratches, I'd say go for it....Really, if the filters were not included, I would of labeled it a bad deal...With used tanks, especially old ones, I always put on an extra layer of silicone....Nice catch...
