Looks Good! However, I don't think it is a Platysilurus Malarmo, that species is extremely rare to find anymore, looks similar but different in some ways. What I think you have is a Platysilurus Mucousus, a smaller growing species, female fish reaching about 28 cm or 10 inches as an adult, male fish stay smaller. I have a pair of them myself, kept for several years so far. Nice photos, thanks for sharing!
Yes, agreed as mucosus as per the other thread duscussion. And to answer your question from there, I am unaware of anyone breeding this fish in the us or the uk.
