England
1 x Rotkiel Severum
1 x EBJD
Red Headed Tapajos (how many?)
10 x Smallish dithers...like Tiger barbs

in a 48"x19"x26" running 2 mature external filters

I got a few Silver Dollars..so will save me some money there.

What other smallish shoaling fish would work? (other than Tigers,Serpaes and black Widows)

What else could i add and how many Tapajos?

This is what i'm thinking right now

1 x Rotkeil
1 x EBJD
4 x Silver Dollars (already have)
1 x Bristlenose plec (already have)
Red Headed Tapajos (how many?)
8-10 smaller shoalers (what kind?)

Could i add a Red Spotted Severum to?

Congo tertas are nice, they are a little bigger then the other tetras you mentioned.

Not sure on how big the red heads get, but a group of 5 would look nice. Once everything is full grown your tank would be a bit crowded.

^As far as i know thye average at around 5"

I want them all to be happy long term...with no upgrading/rehoming needed.

Not really a fan on Congos...i want soemthign thats a bit more vivid (not rainbows)....maybe torpedo barbs? although they are a bit expensive in England right now (£40 a fish)...i'd rather soemthing that gets no bigger than 3" thats quite bright (Tiger barbs would of been ideal...grrr)

So how does this sound people?

2 x Sevs
5 x Red Heads
1 x EBJD
4 x SDs
1 x Bristlenose plec
10 x small shoaling fish

torpedo barbs are a great idea, especially in terms of attractiveness...I like Buenos Aires tetras, but they are not particularly attractive

I want something like Rummy noses...that are not small enough to get eaten
