Depends on many factors, but slow.
Are you keeping them with big mid water fish? Are you keeping them with greedy fish? Is any food your putting in reaching the bottom or does it all get eaten?
Do you have good water quality, a big enough tank, good aquascaping with hiding places? etc etc etc.
All these factors plus more can affect growth.
