How Fast Do Giant Danios Grow?

I hope I posted this in the right section. I'm pretty sure they're a minnow species which is native to North America... Anyhow, sorry if it's in the wrong section.

I just purchased a dozen Giant Danios and they are in my Oscar tank. Currently Rocky is maybe 6" and 4 months and is just chasing them around like he always does with new fish, but I'm not too concerned he's going to actually eat any of them. They are between 1.25" and 1.5". I'm just curious how fast they grow because I would be a bit worried if their growth rate didn't keep up with my Red O.
 
Giant danios grow pretty quickly, but your O will probably outpace them. High protein foods help, but only if the O doesn't eat them also. I've seen it work, but they may become snacks sooner or later. Every O is different.

By the way, not a North Am fish.
 
SA?... Couldn't think about where to post. Anyhow, only 1 is missing and it's been like 4 days so I think they're going to be alright. I'm pretty positive they are way faster than the O. Thanks for the response.
