Last week I bought a 180 gallon 6x2x2 for 200 dollars with a stand and lid(no filters lights or anything else) and he threw in a free 54 gallon corner/bowfront tank in great condition with no stand or lid(I plan on making a custom stand and lid) the 180 gallon is old and looks like it has been resealed before(I resealed it again)and has some wear and tear on it but looks fine now that I cleaned it. The lid is also missing the hinge thing between the 2 prices of the lid but I don't really care. and I resealed it too. Assuming it holds water fine and i don't have any problems, how good of a deal did I get? Also the reason I got it cheap before anyone else did is because it was labeled ad a terrarium because the owner kept turtles in it even though is is a regular aquarium. My theory is that's why I got it before anyone else did.
you sealed it yourself that saved time and money, also my lids detached after 19 years of having my 180 just make sure the frame is intact. If the stand is not made of wood such as Oak I would either build or buy a new stand.
