is it to breed apistos, kribs, and rams

It's very easy if the fish are happy and conditions are right.

Don't know about kribs but apistos and rams are easy.

Kribs are fairly easy, Apistos are too if you have tank-raised one. Rams, so I understand it (and have experienced) are easy to spawn and get eggs.. but really hard to hatch eggs and raise fry.

Theres many different kinds of Apistos. Which Ram? Bolivian/German Blue.
Yet, most (If not all) breed quite easily with acidic soft water. The usualy 78-80 temps etc.
