That's a really nice overflow, but personally, I like seeing what's going on in my overflow. I've always bought clear ones cause things can get sucked into it. And unless you plann on doing a salt water tank, I'd just go with a clear one personally. But that's just personal opinion. I've used that exact overflow box before and it works really well! Just make sure you have a good powerhead with a venturi attachement to that hose sticking out of that top. Good Box!
