How long after cycle should I wait to vacuum substrate?

As the title says I would like to vacuum my substrate but the tank has only been fully cycled for about a week now. Is it too soon or will i be ok?

Vacuuming your gravel should have no effect on the cycle process. Did you do a fishless cycle?

Vacuum the substrate as part of the W/C.

Ok cool I was just following the fishless cycle instructions and it said not to vacuum substrate during the first water change.
