I built a plywood tank with a viewing window in the front and have it all sealed I let it cure for 6 days and tested it outside held the water great no pinhole leaks found.:D

I put it in my house and filled it with water but notice it still has that smell to it in the house. I used a fiberglass resin to seal it. My main question is how long should I let the water be in there before I test it out with minnows.

I have a long nose gar that needs to get out of his smaller tanks soon. The one I built is 4'x3'x2' tall.

Taste the water. Any residue?

I let mine cure for two weeks outside and washed and rinsed several times.
