As of 5 hours ago I had a roughly 2" Albino Sen living in a breeding net in my Poly tank. I bought it yesterday.
I got home about a half hour ago and noticed it was missing. I fed pretty heavily yesterday, sliversides and sinking carnivore pellets. I'm guessing either the ~7" Endli or the ~7" Sen ate it. The Sen is fat enough that i wouldn't be able to tell, and the Endli could still be bulked up from yesterday's food.
However, it could also have somehow gotten out of the tank. I know they can live awhile out of water, but I have no idea how long it was out if that is the case. Plus I have a cat that will play with small live fish/shrimp that have jumped but never eats them, or even manages to kill them.
If it's out, it's been out for at least a half hour or so. So how much longer should I spend looking in case it didn't get eaten and is instead somewhere on the floor?
Well, I'm going back to looking. Wish me luck!
