how long can my three to four inch blue phantom last without food right now he eats zuccini,flakes,alage wafers and the occasional massivore pellet he ate a zuccini last night but was wondering how long he will last without food?

They would be ok for at least 10 days, as would most plecs, assuming it was healthy and well fed before.
I'm sure I've read in paper that during feeding trials it took Pterygoplichthys sp. about 6 months to eventually succumb to starvation, but can't back that up right now.
