I picked up 2 azuls about 7"that are pellet trained, also picked up 2 tems about 5-6" recently wild caught. It's been 10 days and one of the tems is on pellets. The other tem seems like he doesn't notice the good or the others killing the pellets. How long can I starve him before I break down and offer live fish. Already tried crickets with no luck.

Thanks

If there's other bass in tank eating the same pellets I think it's just a matter of time before he will eat. Shouldn't take too long.

out of the pBass I've had, azuls were the easiest to pellet train. He should be eating pellets pretty soon, I guess.

Ok, it's been three weeks and he hasn't eaten. Seems like he just ignores the fact that the others are eating and doesn't even notice. So how long before I have to break down and offer live?

whats the temperature in your tank? maybe you need to bump it up a little to jump-start that guy's appetite.
