How long could I keep a L018 pleco in a 10 gal

I was wonder how long you guys estimate I could keep a L018 Golden Nugget pleco in a 10 gal tank before he got too big.

depends on how big it is when you put it in there.... but either way not that long if you want to keep it happy

i got mines in a 10 and hes 2 1/2 inches. i wouldnt keep him in there for life of course! if i were you id at least put him in a 50 for life!

They don't grow fast so a couple months maybe longer. I don't keep much in ten gallon tanks other than fry and fish that aren't big and active. Plecos in my experience are more active in bigger tanks.
