Click to expand... i got mines in a 10 and hes 2 1/2 inches. i wouldnt keep him in there for life of course! if i were you id at least put him in a 50 for life!

I don't keep much in ten gallon tanks other than fry and fish that aren't big and active. Plecos in my experience are more active in bigger tanks.
