How long do your Airpumps last??

Just wondering how long your pumps last before they give in or get too noisy. Any recommendations on make etc.

I got a cheapy Interpet one Aqua Air AP3 capable of 2x180 l/ph and its gone noisy after just 6 months. Cant find the guarantee else I'd take it back. Its running an air curtain and a small air stone disk.

buy pumps with diaphram rebuild kits. i personaly am running a blower and pvc set up. not used for a 2 item set up though and uses much more power

I have had my Whisper (the biggest one) for about 6 years now. I can't tell that it is much louder, it's quiet, but could be quieter.
Runs like a champ.

My whisper100 got real noisy after 6 months or so. Still works but too much noise. i picked up a giant Petco airpump with with four outlets and adjustable flow.....27 bucks and so far so good!
