So I bought a few loaches a couple weeks ago.. They have yet to eat. What gives? The temperature is at 84 degrees. I know its a bit high, I left it there to increase their appetite. There are a total of 6 loaches. Water parameters are fine. There is a powerhead to circulate the water and provide a slight current for the loaches. Looking forward to your responses.

never had that problem. What are you feeding them? put a few shrimp pellets in there and im sure they will eat. i can hear mine eat

i bought a 8" loach and it took 2 months before it started to compete for food..but it had to compete with around 50 plus other loaches..

Try some other foods they may not understand the pellets are food. bloodworms, prawn and chopped up nightcrawlers

Bloodworms always works. Then the pellets will be next. I have almost 40 clown loaches(4"-7.5") even when I bought them at 2.5"-3" in size and never had any issues.
