I just picked up a new L-114 pleco and have him in a quarantine tank all by himself. It has been a week. How long do you all quarantine a wild caught fish. Which I'am sure this pleco is wild caught. I don't want my large L-114 to catch anything from this new comer. Thanks!

Good choice! I've got an L114 also. Hardly ever see him though, shy little thing.
I quarantine all my new Plecs (& fish) for a minimum of 2 wks at 85 degrees. In that time I run them through 2 treatments of PraziPro or Jungle Parasite Clear (same thing baiscally). I don't salt for ich with new Plecs mainly because Plecs are my favorite and I don't want to risk losing them to salt/stress when I don't know for a fact they've been exposed to ich. But the 85 degree temps will speed the ich cycle right up and if they've got it you'll know it before the 2 wks is up.
