how long? please help

how long do you think 5 4" to 5" reds can live in a 5 gallon with one of those capsules and how long without? the guy screwed me on my fish they were supposed to be over nited and they were 2 dayed/

3 gallons water in 5 gallon bucket with sealded top and oxygen tablet supposibly

i wouldn't think P's would last too long like that.
Then again im no expert on pirahna.

They have a very low oxygen requirement (among the lowest of all fishes) and can survive in oxygen poor water without a problem. Considering that there were five large fish, you may be using his DOA policy. It will be his fault.
