how long the beneficial bacteria will die ?

we had daily black out maybe 6 hour
is that will kill all my BB

In general, these bacteria can survive for weeks without ammonia or oxygen by shutting down their metabolic machinery and laying dormant, and will resume normal function rapidly (usually within a few hours) after exposure to ammonia and oxygen.

i will do water test every week to see if the black out will affect the ammonia level
maybe i will help the studies

this is actually is correct, bacteria could shut down their system and go on "hibernate" for long period of time mode.. just like bear
