How long to acclimate?

I have a brackish tank that is done being brackish. Have any of you made this transition? If so how long did you take? I'm going from 2 tsp/gallon to full salt. I think I went a little fast to begin with, as I lost 3 monos. I'm assuming the salinity swing knocked out most of the bio and caused an amo spike resulting in dead fish.

Been raising it slowly. But this has allready been going on for 2 weeks. Took the first week just to be able to read on a hydrometer.

Wanted to get them added to the salt tank this weekend. I'm at .016 now.

I believe all you should be raising your salinity is .02/week. Larger fluctuations can kill of your bb as you have already found. What is the rush to go full marine so quickly. How big were the monos that died on you.

The monos were 8inch tall sebaes. I sold all my scats right before I sold tanks. Decided to throw the monos in a 55 just long enough to acclimate to salt. Now I need the room so I wanted to take the tank down. G. Tile and 2 sebaes went in last night and seem fine so the 2 arg monos and the stonie will go in 2nite as well. Suprisingly the 4 other morays have appeared to accept the tile without any issues.
