Basically I want to know if the 3"-4" Jardini I just bought will be O.K. in a 55 gal until September... or do I need to get a tank between it and the 240 I plan to let it live it's life in, once it hits a foot? The 240 is enough for life, correct? Geez, I'm so excited!!

What are the dimensions of the 55?

A 240 should be fine for a jardini. Only concern I have is the skittish factor. If the fish does feel too confined then it might start jumping.

I have to move before I set-up my 240, because I live on the top floor of my apartment building. I have everything planned out, and plenty of money in my savings account:) ....just waiting to move!!!

I went ahead and ordered the jar today....$49.99. Probably got ripped off, but I have never even seen one around Atlanta before. I pick it up tomorrow afternoon. I now supposedly at 8"-9" they go psycho...

It's gonna have to hang out with three polys and a scomb until the 240 is running. Then I plan on having just the Jar in there with some big polys if he doesn't kill 'em.

I know when it gets big it will probably have to live alone, I was just trying to foresee any immediate trouble!!!:
