NOT A PERMANENT TANK!!!!

i have two starter filters which are okay but kinda suck and my substrate is black moon sand,i have some river rocks in the tank, along with a few decoration castles, the PH is above or about 7.6,i think thats all for now

Ohhh wait i do have one yellow lab little baby one!:D

Please any ideas wouldd help
just give me a NUMBER and other things to think about thank you

Does anyone want to help

30 inches, yea i waiting till thanksgiving till i can afford a bigger tank

but in the mean time what should i grow out

well if you are just using it for a grow out tank (you never stated for exactly how long) and plan on buying a new tank here in the next month or so you could pretty much grow out any fry you want (like the yellow labs)... it depends on how long you need to keep them in the grow out tank.. and what size tank you plan on getting. right now i have 17 juvies growing out in a 47 gallon tank and they will only be there for about another month.. if you choose yellow labs to stock a tank with you could use quite a few since they are mostly docile--cant give you a number of exactly how many to grow out when i dont know your plans..

well i was thinking just another month till i get everything sett up and ready so maybe before christmas

So I didn't say anything but I just want to voice my opinion on the idea of put fish in temp tanks when you don't have the final tank... Just don't do it.

Why, well you never know what may happen in life... IE you could have every intention to switch tanks when the fish start to outgrow there smaller tanks, but life happens and believe it or not other parts in ones life will take priority over fish sometimes...

Plus if you put small fish in a large tank they will likely grow into better fish, ie there full size and not be stunted. (IE they will grow faster).
