How many aranda goldfish in a 100 gallon tank

That’s tough for me. I keep mine in a pond. They get big, fast. Mine went from 3” to 8” in less then a year.

20 gallons per adult fish. Tack on another 10 gallons for every fish that is over 6 inches long. Double down on your filtration. Orandas can grow rather large. Biggest I've ever owned was 11inches. My largest currently is 9inches.
Side note: if you should decide you'd rather go with a smaller breed of goldfish, pet grade Demikin and Pearl Scale rarely exceed 5inches or so as adults. Short tailed Ryukin also have a high instance of producing a "dwarf" sized fish.

Agreed on the pearlscales, there are some really majestic ones.
I'd do about six for that tank, providing good filtration and waterchanges.
