how many archer fish

Somewhere between 6-8...it depends on the species cause some get bigger than others...it also depends on whether or not you will be putting anything else in the tank. Good luck with the archer arsenal!
yeh i though around that number i just wanted to make sure be for they get too big.
i have 2 Toxotes jaculatrix, and 5 Toxotes chatareus,there is some aggression, some chassing and some niping,mostly from the smaller jaculatrix,funny because the larger jaculatrix was doing the same thing last year but then stop, and just now i being noticing the smaller one doing it, it's not to bad and 10 min later there all swiming together all happy,
there all by them selfs and i'm not planing any other tank mates.
yes they are very cool,i stick mysis shrimp on the side of the tank and they all spit at the mysis shrimp knocking them down, they will jump to get food aswell.
