A while ago i went to one of the largest LSF in Malaysia to check out their Bichirs.
Usually it would be uncommon to see more then 5 Bichir (Senegals excluded) at a LFS. But this time I saw a tank full of 3" little Ornates, a tank full of endlis (many short bodied), and Delhezis with very nice patterns. There easily could have been a hundred to a tank. They had tanks with larger specimens 20"+ too.
It got me wondering how good is the selection of Bichir in other parts of the world. Do you guys get singletons? A limited few? Enough to get you spending the better part of the day just selecting one? Or so many that you can't even keep track?
