How many bichirs in a 135 gallon?

How many polys can i keep in a 6 foot long 135 gallon with 1 florida gar?

I have 5 and a rope fish and i am craving more...

idk but id stock my 135 with 20 bichirs if width was 20"-24"

I would say that it all depends on your filtration. This is true of any fish, but of polypterus especially. From my observations, it seems pretty viable to stuff in more bichirs than you would think would be advisable if filtration is very strong.
