This morning I set up the co2 in my 75g tank. My BPM is currently at 23 is this too much for my fish? Would setting up another at the same bpm on the other side of the tank be a hindrance to the health of my fish (1 juvie oscar, 1 juvie bn)

you have 23 bpm? That's really low. I am at about 1.5 bps in my 29 gallon tank. You should be around 4.5 bps which is 270bpm.

Do you have a drop checker? how are you diffusing the co2 into the water? What type of filter do you have?

It's really hard to gas your fish with diy co2. Just make sure you have a tiny bit of surface agitation and you should be fine.

I remade my solution and am now getting about 120 bpm. I have my 10g tank running at 30. i have seen a tiny bit of new growth on each tank....much much much more in the ten than the 75 though. I think that maybe because I cannot seem to get the sand in that tank to settle.

Thanks for responding
