Kind of a vague question. Enough in what sense? Enough to keep the tank clean? Enough before you're overstocked? Enough for a breeding group? Which species are you talking about? What else is in the tank?
I suspect the point of "there are corys and there are RTCs" is that long term you could fit a number of cories (no, not 100) and zero red tailed cats-- in other words what species do you have in mind?

Closest thing to an aro for a 60 is an African butterflyfish (cousin to arowana), and that would go nicely in a African riverine setup along with a group of smaller synodontis catfish.
A 60 would be a good size to raise 100 bristlenose cats from eggs to 1” before splitting them to two groups in 2 60’s to get them to 2” saleable size.
