How many dats should i get for jardini tank?

Hello,
I wanted to ask you guys how many dats should i get for my jardini tank? 1.2 or 3?I don't think my jardini at 2.5 inches is agressive at all.I currently have 1 leporinus 2.0,1 tsn 2.o inches.And they are all getting along just fine.I was talking to the man @ my lfs and told me the dats were coming from vietnam.How many you think i should get?

jardini's are vey agressive...they might be peaceful now but the bigger they get the more agressive they get..i know this is because my friend tried that and it didnt work out...but if u wanna get dats temporary get them a bit bigger then jar..i mean thats a bad idea to do..i like my dats so i would not try to sacrifice them as a meal..

most Jars usually get agressive at 8+inches and dont take to any tankmates...my Jar is 10" and gets along with 1x 2.5" indo dat. it all depends on your Jar...there is no actual recommendation on how many tankmates/dats per Jar tank though..

I say go for a leichardi aro....atleast you can have tank mates then.... jardini is not good with tank mates....

How large is your tank, you have a jar and a tsn that's a gamble dats grow slow jar and tsn grow very fast=dead .It will probably work for a little wile the tsn will grow over 1'' to 2 '' a month the jar 1''a month hope the dats are huge.
