hikari freeze dried krill*
random-brand (can't remember) freeze dried blood worm
random-brand algae wafers
random-brand frozen beefheart*
random-brand tiny sinking pellets

Occasionally I'll throw in a piece of fresh produce left over from cooking dinner
I'm intending to buy some real beefheart and freeze it
Once in a while I throw in neon tetras & ghost shrimp (they go on sale from time to time)
And I'm waiting on my pair of convicts to breed, I'll be feeding the fry every time they make it to at least 1/2" :)

And once my bichirs outgrow the carnivore pellets I'll be getting some massivore (I'll have to feed both, my barbs & cichlids love the carnivore pellets)

*=the only foods I feed REGULARLY (at least once a day) the rest I just throw in from time to time.

hikari cichlid gold pellets

haha :D
