how many gallons

i was wondering if anyone could tell me how to tell how many gallons are in a tank i have, it is a corner tank and it has 5 sides, now i can figure a regular tank but this one stumps me , any ideas

if i remember correctly you have to measure from the middle and devide the tank into triangles then muliply that by 5... or something along those lines

edit: multiply by 6.... not 5.. forgot what a hexagon was for a moment

thats exactly what i was getting why you posted this

2 sides are 22"
3 sides are 13"
and it is 24" tall

Its probably a 54g pentagon.. my store used to carry them

I think that's the gallons.. or maybe 47?

assuming my calculations which they very well might not be but i think your sitting somewhere in the 46 gallons range
