How many hoplo catfish?

I have a 75 gallon tank setup to grow some fish up for an indoor koi and goldfish pond and was planning on adding some hoplo catfish to the stocking list for the tank. I figured I would get 4 (2 normal +2 albino) since I heard they like being in groups; just want to make sure that was enough or should I get more than 4? I am also planning on getting a 220 gallon tank soon so I can upgrade them if needed until the pond is completely ready!

The pond they will be going into will be about 5000 gallons 13’Lx13’Wx4’D and yes the 75g is just a grow out tank until the pond is ready and I will be able upgrade to a 220g if the 75g becomes too small

You can up the numbers of hoplo since their growth rate isn't too fast. The larger the shoal, the more different their behavior. Is the pond done within a year?

The pond will be started next year and should be cycling by fall, it is going to be a DIY project ( I design and build all of my ponds myself so it takes time). So a shoal of 6-8 or 8-10 would be better?
