How many hours do you guys think it will take before I can report the exploit I just found on telusmobility.com?

On hold for 30 minutes already.

There is an XSS exploit on telusmobility.com that would allow a hacker to inject code into someones browser, with out them even knowing. Even if they type in telusmobility.com the injected data sticks with them.

This would allow for.
Targetted DDoS.
Session Stealing, aswell as injection.
Phishing.
And hard-redirects to a different site
 
I see... hope he is doing OK...he needed major help with life... who the hell rents to own a PS3 when they do not even have money to buy food.... sigh....

Im sure he'll pick what's best for him.


However, im not sure telus will, they haven't emailed me back yet.
 
what's with all this lbf derailing, we need to get back to the topic of some random site that we're calling to complain about, and being on hold for trying to inform them that their service is faulty.

I vote for being on the phone for at least 3 hours before someone takes note of your complaint
