... can I fit comfortably into a 350g? I like it a little crowded, but not so mch so where the tank is a war zone. I've got plenty of filtration, with lots of large pieces of driftwood, a few big rocks, and plastic plants. Nothing super aggressive (Umbee, Dovi), just the usual trouble-makers (jag, red devil, green terror, buttikoferi, flowerhorn, etc.)? Any suggestions for a good combo of these or similar fish is welcome. Thanks. GBG

I'd say, get some Crenicichla. That or go for like 60 German rams or apistos. I'd say 12-14 Crenicichla Compressiceps, 6-8 Severums, 12 geos of some sort. And that should do it.

How about a Jaguar (100 gallons), Red Devil (75Gallons), Green Terror (55Gallons), 10 Silver Dollars (50 Gallons), and a 3-4 Clown Loaches(70 gallons). You got a little bit of everything in there the numbers i gave are what some people would consider the bare minimum for some of these fish but you can get the idea.

Thanks guys. Seems to be a wide variety of suggestions, from a pair of Jags to 10 large cichlids.

I'm thinking pair of Jags, pair of devils (different color morphs), a Flowerhorn, Green Terror, 6 tinfoil barbs, and a large pim cat that gets about 24". Would that work, or too crowded?

skip all of those easy to find things except the labiatum(red devil) get some v. argentea, tomocichla seiboldi, grammodes, & urothalmus for aggresive types. more placid types get Amph. rhytismas v. regani, neet. panamensis,& hysp. temporalis or coryphoniodes(chocolate cichs.), & amph. roberstoni. get some hampala barbs for the fisrt group & maybe some med. pims. for the second group asian bumblee cat or wood cats.
