people who have been banned and came back with a different user name? I was talking to someone the other day and it was their first post. Then I started getting the feeling for some strange reason they had been here before as someone else. Does that probably happen a lot or do they just leave? hmmm....

yes even when they are baned for a short time like 2 weeks some re reg to try and get past the ban.
this usually leads to a more lengthy or perm ban depending on the circumstances.

People would complicate the process much less if they simply took the little mini vacation thats given to them instead of re-registering and making the matter much worse, which often results in their permanent ban.
