I've heard references in various forums to people hating hybrids, but I've yet to actually see any of this hate, let alone any reasoning for it.
I think people hate hybrids that are capable of breeding, just because it can water down the purity of a species. But keep all the hybrids you want in your own home, just make sure people know they're getting hybrids not purebloods if you're selling them or trading them. I myself have plenty of hybrid African Cichlids and love 'em.
I love blood Parrots. Recently, there are a new breed of King Kong Parrots with deformed mouths.

20? they can get up to 6 inches most of the time. sometimes more. Maybe 6 would not hurt. But 20?
okay 20 is a lot. With WAY over filtration and TONS of water changes 7 might work. but 4-5 would be better. not going over 7. they are pretty big. Almost half the size as a Oscar. some are bigger than others. they can range from 4-7 inches on most occasions. sometimes larger though.
